Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the "product owner" role within the Intermediary Digital Experience (IDE) programme
- Ensure benefits are achieved, and an inclusive approach is taken with all key stakeholders (including ELT, SLT, key stakeholders, and pricing, operations, distribution, and technology departments)
- Accountable for the successful definition and delivery of business outcomes aligned with the agreed vision for the programme
- Ensure the vision is consistently communicated across the business community and the project delivery team
- Work with key stakeholders around the whole lifecycle of change
- Create, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog
- Risk Management - ensure that strategies, processes and policies are in place to identify, manage and mitigate operational risk for the Implementation area
What you will bring:
- A passion for digital and our customers
- Strong negotiation and consensus building skills
- Ability to build strong and credible relationships
- Significant and sound negotiation and persuasion skills
- Financial services experience (ideally in an Adviser facing role)
- Analysis and critical thinking skills
- Industry knowledge of IT and understanding of software life cycle events and issues
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, approaches, and tools
- Ability to focus on the vision and strategies of the group while managing the tactical components of owning a digital experience
