Business Analyst

This well known NZ business are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join their team. You will identify and clarify the business and customer and vendor goals, and work collaboratively with the key stakeholders using your analytical skills to interpret and capture user requirements for delivery. Facilitate negotiations between the vendors and business stakeholders to ensure robust solutions are developed and can be implemented on time and on budget.

Skills and Experience
 
As a skilled Business Analyst with experience understanding and interpreting requirements we are looking for someone with the following:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a business analyst
• Practical knowledge of and experience in multiple BA tools and methodologies
• Possess a customer centric mindset
• Ability to understand and document complex business processes and requirements
• Collaborative and agile delivery approach
• Ability to prioritise work and function autonomously and make decisions
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
• Innovative thinker that challenges the status quo and develops creative, engaging and intuitive solutions
• Outstanding communication and organisation skills,  including the ability to create and deliver informative and persuasive presentations
• Adaptive to change and driver of improvements
• Excellent business acumen
• Excellent English language skills
