The Role
Our Managed Services team within our software division is looking for someone with a broad development background to join our Application Support team. Ours is a close-knit, highly capable team that support as well as enhance complex, enterprise applications for a variety of high-profile NZ customers.
A typical day will see you:
- Provide expert and creative solutions across all support engagements ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity
- Build, share and retain critical in-depth system knowledge of systems/applications developed
- Gain in-depth understanding of our customer’s environments, servers, firewall, VPN’s, cloud integration
- Build effective working relationships within the Managed Services and across the Microsoft division
- Consistently demonstrate the highest levels of customer service and professionalism
- Adherence to all relevant support policies and procedures
- Writing and editing documents such as support guides and technical specifications
- On-call rotation within the support team to provide 24/7 Client Support
The Person
- 3+ years’ experience working on IT support and/or projects across multiple phases of the SDLC.
- Good written and oral customer facing communication.
- Team player, enjoy working collaboratively.
- Must be able to anticipate and proactively handle issues.
- Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot.
- Integration experience, using BizTalk and Logic Apps.
- Experience with full stack web and middleware applications.
