What would you be doing?
We have a great opportunity for a recent IT Graduate to take on the role of IT Procurement Specialist. This is an exciting role for someone who would like an entry level role into IT. This is a client-facing role, which will see you deliver great service to all our stakeholders.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following;
- Provisioning of IT assets and software
- IT Asset and Software lifecycle
- Working on and resolving IT issues and requests
- Communication and coordination of technology projects
- The update and continuous improvement of knowledgebase for Technology team and stakeholders
- Stakeholder and Vendor relationship management
To succeed in this role, you will bring the following:
- IT degree or related IT qualification.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and attention to detail
- Excellent process driven organisational skills
