We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Administrator who can hit the ground running
  
Skills/Experience Required
  • 2 years of IT helpdesk experience
  • 1st level operations support on the IT Helpdesk
  • Supporting users across the branches on PCs/Laptops/Printers, Desktop applications, MS Outlook, Network, Smart Devices such as IPad/Iphone, Samsung devices.
  • Providing support on all applications where current knowledge supports it, or increasing your knowledge levels, over time, to enable this
  • Require to be available for on-Call
  • Team engagement and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
