Integrated solutions delivery is key to our ability to effectively provide, enhance and support our tech solutions and deliver to the Bank's strategies. We have rebuilt our operating model from the ground up to ensure we get in step with modern working practices, create effective cross functional teams, allow for scalability and flexibility, and to position us for current needs and the future. As part of this we're also on an agile transformation and now we need you!
This new role reporting into the People and Practice Leader for Delivery provides an opportunity for a broadly experienced, self-starting and inquisitive delivery practitioner. We know that leadership comes in many forms, and while this role doesn't have any line management responsibilities, you will be playing a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver on our promises to our customers and our stakeholders. Essentially, your role is to optimise the flow and delivery of work within a delivery stream or large project/initiative to deliver agreed business outcomes. Facilitating, liaising, supporting, balancing these are key words in your vocabulary.
We are looking for someone who has leadership experience in complex technology environments and agile delivery models (preferably at scale), and wants to use that experience to help others grow and deliver beyond what they thought possible.
This role might suit an experienced project manager or scrum master or someone with a track record of driving performance across multiple streams of work.
