About the role:
In order to continue providing excellent customer service, we're on the hunt for a Customer Service superstar who is passionate about vehicles, can work in a 24/7 environment and genuinely cares enough to make a difference. In this role, you would need to:
- Respond to customer queries in a professional manner
- Co-ordinate, schedule and manage workflow for the team
- Liaise with different teams as necessary
- Recording all transactions accurately
- Preparing invoices
- Other tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you'd need/ need to be:
- An excellent communicator
- Keen learner
- Knowledge of vehicles
- Good phone manner/ interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Basic common sense (can't stress enough)
- Team player
- Comfortable with shifts (roster)
