The Company

This organisation are a long-standing New Zealand success story within their sector. They have ambitious plans for the future and the board have recently committed to a significant investment in IT projects across the business. Head Office is in central Auckland, with around 500 users across multiple locations throughout the country.

The Role

Become the Programme Manager and assist the business with a large transformation programme of work that will change the way the business currently operates.  This is not just a consultant role, it's still very hands-on, so proven and solid execution skills are a must.  The business is so diverse and complex so no day will ever be the same. 

You will: 

• Have over 5 years of commercial Programme Management experience
• Be a specialist within the ERP space - selection and implementations
• Have experience with large, complex transformation projects
• Have outstanding stakeholder management skills
• Have excellent business knowledge - preferably within a primary industry
• Outstanding communications skills - both written and oral

This is one of those meaty roles that you can really get your teeth into and stamp your mark.
