Duties and Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance
Maintains equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
Manages an assigned territory of printer devices
Maintains an accurate assigned parts inventory
Delivers exceptional customer service
Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships
Maintains positive relationships with employees
Contributes as a team player

Requirements and Skills

2-3 years related experience, preferred
Two years technical school or associates degree preferred
Desire and ability to work independently and reliably
Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must provide own, reliable vehicle for business use
Independent worker & time management
Excellent customer relation skills
Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivator
