Randstad Technologies are looking for experienced Senior Business Analyst to a private business based in Central Wellington. This is an opportunity to join an organisation transforming it way of working from a traditional manual environment to a digital one and is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take a central role in aiding them in this journey.
This organisation is one that utilising bleeding edge technology. Their parent company based overseas is a huge player in the market, that is able to fund innovation and they use the New Zealand to pilot this. They have a significant pipeline of work, so the projects and initiatives will be varied in nature and plentiful.
This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. This role will involve working alongside both technical and business stakeholder to understand the current environment, and determine whether or not solutions align to their strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Elicitation and documentation of business and technical requirements
- Performing analysis of existing systems
- Facilitating planning sessions though workshops
- Researching and evaluating a variety of solutions that would resolve a business issue
- Presenting solutions option analysis back to stakeholders
- Creating Business and Investment cases
The role will suit a BA with a natural curiosity and passion to help deliver solutions that will have high impacts on the business. You’ll need to have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and tailor your communications style to those audiences. The role will suit a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a wider team.
