Assessments Team Member

Do you have call centre experience coupled with a passion for customer service?

Our Lower Hutt based client is keen to find a energetic, proactive and professional person to join their assessments team.

You will be:

Experienced working in a KPI driven environment
Always focused on providing an exceptional customer service experience
Able to quickly learn new processes and systems
Comfortable working with a mix of inbound and outbound calls

A banking/finance or insurance background would be a bonus, as you will be processing personal loan applications.

The shift available is working from 2.30pm - 9pm, Sunday till Thursday
