Wintel Specialist Engineers - Two roles

A key part of the Technology Delivery team based in our award winning ‘Tahi’ building in Auckland, this role sits within a highly skilled and passionate team of engineers, providing an exceptional level of service to one of our largest managed services accounts.

Our Wintel Engineers proactively manage and maintain our customer’s Windows server environment providing support services to maintain the availability and reliability of a customer's core infrastructure. The role is critical in ensuring our customers can look after their customers.

 

In conjunction with the rest of the Technology Delivery Team the Wintel Engineer is responsible for the timely action of customer service requests within the agreed service level whilst maintaining accurate and timely updates to technical documentation and ticket notes.

 

Do you have demonstrated significant experience in managing Windows environments?

From an experience and qualifications perspective the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid history working in a similar environment, preferably in a managed services/outsourcing relationship.
