Due to growth, we require a Systems and Process Analyst to add to our team. This is a crucial and important role that would see the successful applicant taking a leading role in improving and building robust systems and processes.

In summary, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide first contact IT support for the wider team across Tall Emu, MYOB and Hardware
  • Strong technical ability to diagnose the source of the issue and problem solve it
  • Maintain functionality within MYOB, Tall EMU and MS Office.
  • Prioritising internal and external products under development
  • Facilitating the generation and prioritisation of ideas by the rest of the business
  • Working closely with the Finance & Development Manager to allocate resource to projects in accordance with priorities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to research and map opportunities against the product vision
  • Continually look at system improvements
  • Implementation of a new sales/dispatch CRM system
  • Maintaining a Knowledge Base that can be used by all staff
  • Creating portal for sales staff to be able to access easily additional information
  • Automate existing manual reports
  • Build and develop dashboard reporting
  • Improve the flow of information to key stakeholders

You will need to have:

  • Strong IT experience where your reputation is flawless and you are highly respected
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Research skills for scoping and understanding new projects
  • Ability to manage projects to completion
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of SQL
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • A commitment to working as part of our team.
