We are looking for an experienced Integration Support Specialist with excellent technical skills and outstanding customer support background.

Our client is a multinational company - your will work in a global team and will support customers from all around the world. You will work with customers from all around the world to research, troubleshoot and solve technical issues. You will test customer problems and log issues, while working with developers to find the best solution possible, and will replicate and verify customer problems and log issues to the development team. You will need to dig and come up with solutions to different, challenging critical issues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Besides developing technical and product expertise in various technologies, you will be responsible for collaborating continuously with clients on phone as well as with cross-functional teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business systems
- Strong experience in ERP integrations support or ERP Test Analysis focused on integrations
- At least 4 years of experience with supporting ERP applications
- Strong experience with ERP web service integrations (WSDL, SOAP, XML)
- Excellent communication skills and customer support skills
- Be a quick learner and be motivated to learn new systems and technologies
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Be able to prioritize and manage challenging situations in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work between 10 am – 7 pm regularly
