The Selwyn District Council Customer Services team provides an exceptional service to the community and your passion and enthusiasm will complement and encourage this.
We are currently looking for a Customer Services Officer to join our team on a casual basis.
As our casual customer services officer you will be responsible for supporting a range of external and internal customers through the delivery of catering and function support services, and occasional administration/telephonist services.
The successful candidate will have an approachable and positive attitude, ability to work effectively in a team, good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to people of different backgrounds and personalities.
Ideally you will have previous customer service experience, having worked in the hospitality or the catering sector would be an advantage.
