About the Company                                    

We're a global company and a leading provider of practice management software products for law firms worldwide. We have a large development team in Auckland (over 100 in R&D) and 2 'client facing' offices in Melbourne and Sydney.  We are a strong adopter of Microsoft technologies and a Microsoft Gold Partner. Although our staff turnover is very low, the size and growth of the office means we have opportunities in many areas popping up all the time.

We have over 3,300 clients including:

• 67 of the top 100 global law firms
• The top 10 US law firms
• 21 out of the top 40 Australian law firms

The Auckland office is almost entirely R&D, away from top management. This allows an informal environment. Previous careful recruitment means you'll be working alongside highly skilled and passionate peers building quality software and good team spirit (keen for a lunch time game of MtG? Soccer? We're looking for high potential developers that offer passion, quality, delivery focus and problem solving, who are looking for a larger group of like-minded developers that will provide a clear path to a more senior level.

If you've got any interest in the following areas we'd love to hear from you.

Web Development

You'll be a proven, clearly passionate, full stack web developer with a front-end focus – your core skills will be quality MVVM sites using JavaScript (preferably TypeScript), Less, HTML and MVC. Knockout and SQL will be useful. You'll be building a customisable product, not a one-off, and we're pitching to the largest law firms in the world, meaning we'll stretch you with some gnarly challenges that you wouldn't find in normal web development - such as customization, internationalisation, easy deployment, varied network infrastructures, product level quality...

Mobile / Web App Development

We are putting apps into the Android, IOS and Blackberry app stores so that our global clients have ready access to them. You'll help us make these complex and intelligent apps communicate with our back ends. Core skills in this area are again JavaScript / TypeScript, Less, MVC and Phonegap.

C# / WPF App Development

You'll be building new applications, adding further features and services as we grow our large and technically challenging solutions that are used by the largest law firms in the world. You could choose to focus around the product modules or really test your technical skills and add value working on the framework that underpins the product. In this area you'd be solving some of the most challenging problems…. Core skills here are C#, WPF, SQL.
