What does the role entail?

As the Team Leader of Ricoh's Inbound Customer Service team your key responsibility will be to coach, develop and train our dedicated CSR’s. Along with this, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supervising the day-to-day activities of the inbound team
  • Managing customer complaints while remaining cool as a cucumber
  • Transferring customer phone calls to different parts of the business depending on their requirements
  • Managing enquiries from dealers, which includes but not limited to invoicing queries and sundry credits and debits.

You will also not shy away from taking telephone calls from customers with photocopier, fax machine, printer and software faults.


The successful candidate should tick the following boxes:

  • Excellent leadership skills, with at least 1+ years’ experience in managing a contact centre team.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, potentially honed through your previous experience in a hospitality, retail or call centre environment
  • An excellent phone manner
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computing skills including the MS Office suite
  • A down-to-earth nature and a willingness to 'muck in' and to take initiative
