Profile
- Travel agency background is essential, preferably 5 years consulting experience.
- Previous Call Centre or Helpdesk experience or the capacity to rapidly acquire this skill
- Experience with computerised reservation systems preferably Galileo and Worldspan
- Sound knowledge of personal computers and their operating systems or the capability to acquire this knowledge rapidly
- Knowledge of Incident Management systems such as Service Now, Oracle or Zen Desk
