Our client is a medium size firm with an eye to the future, they are looking for an experienced professional to join them to help grow their existing practice.
Who is hiring:
Our client is a mid-tier firm looking to expand their team in Christchurch, they have a strong brand in the local market and a diverse client base. Located in modern city fringe offices they understand the importance of having fun and creating a high performing culture.
The Role:
As Associate Director you will take ownership for managing and growing an existing client base and be responsible for the effective operation of your team. You will develop an understanding of your clients business and industries and position yourself as a trusted advisor. As a leader in the business you will take responsibility for developing and mentoring staff along with fostering a team culture that is aligned with the firm’s vision and values.
What you will need:
To succeed in this role you will have experience in a commercially focused role either as an in-house accountant, financial controller or relationship manager.
- The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and client
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to understand your clients business and provide solutions
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to manage workloads and deadlines
