  • Fortinet/fortigate experience is mandatory - Please only apply for the role if you have fortigate/fortinet experience or network support experience + CCNA certification

My client is a network services provider based in Auckland Central.

 

What will you do?

  • Provide Level 1 networking support
  • Deliver excellent service across New Zealand.
  • Work as a part of a roll-out team
  • Support BAU operations
  • Hands-on networking upgrade and configuration

 

Your Background:

  • Prior experience in Level 1 and 2 support role - networking related
  • Mandatory experience using fortigate/fortinet
  • CCNA certification - good to have skill
  • 2-4 years of experience working in a helpdesk environment in Telco/ Internet service provider company
  • Excellent communications skills
