About the role
In this role you will be liaising closely with business stakeholders, architects, suppliers and other stakeholders as required in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to h old workshops to gather, document and translate business requirements into technical requirements as required. Being able to i dentify, investigate, and analyse online campaign processes, procedures and work flows will be a big part of your week. You will be the first point of call for any clarification of the business and technical requirements as well as assisting with user acceptance testing and issue logging as required. You will have strong agile experience and be an evangelist in the area.
What you will need
- Solid experience working with in agile environments
- Experience in data analysis, segmentation, campaign targeting
- Ability to work in difficult, fast-paced environment with remote suppliers and with little support
- Ability to conduct structured analysis and present findings in coherent manner
- Ability to provide end-user support (post implementation)
