Warehouse and Logistics Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to manage our Product Warehouse in Penrose, efficiently. From receiving stock to delivery processes, you'll be across it all!

In this role you will be the main point of contact for any escalations between vendors, customers and internal staff, ensuring all QA procedures and Health and Safety procedures are followed. You’ll complete any reports requested from our Sales team, as well as SLA reporting. You’ll work closely with the Product Operations Manager and Sales Support team to provide logistical support to ensure stock levels are monitored and the accuracy of order processing. The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is also responsible for monthly stock takes and resolving variances that arise as a result of this.

 

We are looking for a hands-on problem solver who would enjoy working independently in our warehouse to truly own this area. You'll be organised with effective communication skills. You’ll likely have a background in a supervisor role and experience in the logistics industry. Any knowledge and experience of Great Plains, or NetSuite ERP and the NZ Logistics entry system, would be a huge bonus!
