OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the Programme Lead you are tasked with leading multiple development teams and environment support teams simultaneously, to ensure the successful delivery of the required end to end solution to enable Go Live.
The key relationships you will be engaging and influencing include the Programme team, the IS Technology Team, Subject Matter Experts and the Logistics Ops team.
Core focus:
- Manage the establishment and build of the programme infrastructure environments
- Manage the build delivery of the interfaces being developed by the ScrumStart Team
- Manage the ‘Scrum of Scrums’ meetings, to ensure sound collaboration and communications between all development teams.
- Manage Release Management activities for the WMS Programme
- Health & Safety Compliance
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Project Management experience with specific and recent experience with business system implementations
- Proven record of delivering outcomes successfully in an Agile environment experiencing substantial change.
- Agile and Waterfall PM experience
- Hybrid approach with Vendor management
- Strong understanding of change and stakeholder management into business functions
- Agile knowledge and working experience - using techniques in the Agile toolkit (product backlog refinement, sprint planning, address roadblocks, product roadmaps
- Experience managing multiple development teams simultaneously, to deliver end to end solutions.
- Experience managing challenging offshore development resources
- Scrum Master experience
- Vendor Management experience
- Infrastructure experience
- Release Management knowledge
