The Digital Producer is responsible for delivering completed interactive projects on time and within budget, and managing those projects from initiation through post-launch project review. The Producer is responsible for developing budgets and schedules, monitoring those budgets and schedules during the project lifecycle, managing resource allocation to ensure accurate project delivery, and ensuring the final deliverable meets the quality expectations of the stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Must be a keen problem solver
- Strategy and implementation of projects
- Working closely with teams to deliver the best results
- Work closely with team lead to deliver strategy moving forward
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication flow as relates to production and the internal and external project team
- Early identification of problem areas
- Must be able to monitor the project and make sure everything goes according to plan and within budget
- Oversee creation of IA/wireframes and UX documentation
- Coordinate across departments to manage day-to-day workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
- Develop and manage all production schedules, specifications, and budgets for assigned jobs
- Participate in the QA process to ensure projects are delivered to agreed upon specifications
- Work with clients to identify new opportunities
- Accurately identify, obtain, and manage all necessary assets in a timely manner for projects
- Input of schedule, budget, assumptions, and scope considerations for all projects
- Must be able to meet real-time deadlines, set project budgets, and control project quality
- 2+ years project management experience in a digital environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, such as Jira and Trello.
- Experience working with Umbraco
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to effectively motivate project teams with experience managing people in complex integrated environments
- Understanding of time management and work breakdown procedures to accurately balance skill set and workload of team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
