Your new company
One of NZ’s largest organisations in NZ has seen a need to undergo a shift in their IT applications and processes and is looking for a long term Java Solutions and Integration Developer within their team in Wellington.
Your new role
You’ll be responsible for building client and process focused web-based solutions in an environment where business and IT are considered one entity. You will be helping support a team who are introducing new and innovative digital channels that will help enhance client interactions with the agency as a whole.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in being involved in a team focused on efficient application solutions to a variety of issues. You will have experience with Web technologies and how to design and develop applications. Your previous experience as a developer will lead to your success, as will:
- Proven experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
- Exceptional problem solving abilities that can adjust and adapt in a fast moving environment
- Understanding and working experience of web-based technologies
- Knowledge of IBM products (e.g. IBM BPM, IBM ODM, IBM IIB)
- Experience with Integration products
