About The Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Hold responsibility for collecting non-functional requirements and converting them into P&V test plans.
  
• You will develop effective performance test scripts, undertaking qualitative analysis on the results, ensuring and validating the application performance.
  
• Create and maintain automated P&V test suites for the standard P&V tests in the different technology areas.
  
• Focus and seek automation opportunities.
  
• Responsibility for finding root causes of anomalies; and accurate and informative reporting.
  
• Ensure Quality control processes are followed. Identify, lead and implement improvements to processes.
• Develop rapport with internal stakeholders and establish excellent working relationships.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Expertise in P&V and diagnostic techniques & tools and strong technical and analytical skills.
  
• Experience in delivery at an enterprise level in large complex P&V testing environments.
  
• Must have demonstrable experience in developing and executing performance test plans/scripts and qualitative analysis on performance anomalies.
  
• Ability to build effective relationships and positively influence peers.
  
• Ability to be self-managing, organised and deadline focused.
