• You will be heading and defining the agile quality practices and supporting test automation frameworks which will be followed and used throughout the agile adoption journey.
• Provide Clear guidelines for the measurement of success process to report back senior management and business stakeholders providing an aggregate view of testing utilisation and a project view of the product quality.
• You will be motivating, approachable and a leader of your people to unlock their potential and to champion a quality culture at the core of the agile delivery capability.
• You will be the driver of passion ensuring newly formed Scrum Teams adopt, implement and follow best practice and that all the team members are responsible for putting quality at the heart of what they do.

• Minimum 10 years in Agile Quality Assurance Test Engineer roles.
• Strong leadership experience including IT delivery management, fiscal management and people leadership.
• Thorough understanding of the System Development Life Cycle with a particular emphasis on agile delivery practices.
• Solid understanding experience and hands on practice of automated testing and automated testing frameworks in an Agile context
• Excellent negotiation skills and a flexible approach to work and experience in working within a transitional environment
