What’s in it for me?
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our client based in central Christchurch. This is an exciting, project based role focused on delivering bespoke enterprise scale software solutions to a range of local and national clients.

As a key interface between client and delivery team, you will enjoy a very high level of variety and scope in your role, while enjoying the benefits of working with a consultancy renowned for their quality and partnership approach.

What would I be doing?
You will be working alongside a range of long term and highly engaged client partners, developing requirements, assisting with technology selection and delivery of software solution projects, working internally within a high functioning Agile Development setting.

You will be critical to the successful delivery of projects, as the interface between clients and delivery teams, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and exceed client expectations.

What do I need?
We are ideally seeking:

• Senior experience as a BA within IT Industry
• Experience within an software development setting, ideally Agile
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Capability to understand business implications, to determine the risks and opportunities to the business
• Top notch communication skills with proven customer-facing experience and presentation skills
• The ability to hit the ground running from day one, self-starter with excellent organisational skills
