This is a locally owned and operated organisation with offices in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki and the Manawatu who serve clients operating regionally and across the world.
With over 55 IT and business professionals that cover the Waikato area, they work with and support primary, professional services, industrial, educational, not for profit, high technology, and commercial sectors.
What will you do?
This role is varied where you will be working across a large client base to support their environments and successfully deliver and complete projects. Prepare scoping, design and project implementation documents, and develop clients SLAs as required.
As one of the senior members in the team, you will be expected to mentor more junior members of the team.
Your background:

5 years experience as a Senior System Engineer
- Previous experience working in a managed services environment would be an advantage
- Excellent communication with managing clients expectations
- Virtualisation and cloud experience e.g. VMWare,Office 365
- Experience with scoping and design documentation
