Our client is seeking an experience Quality Manager to deliver and implement a successful quality framework into their Service Desk.
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:
- Quality Assessment experience either in a Contact Centre or ICT Service Desk
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write process documentation, create templates and reporting
- Strong workshop facilitation skills
