  • Service Desk or Contact Centre background/understanding

Our client is seeking an experience Quality Manager to deliver and implement a successful quality framework into their Service Desk.

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:

  • Quality Assessment experience either in a Contact Centre or ICT Service Desk
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write process documentation, create templates and reporting
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills
