About the role:

This role will see you providing operational and support expertise for core applications for end-users across 24 national sites. There are a number of projects in the pipeline and the successful applicant will work right from the ideas stage through to assisting with implementation and support.

Indicative skills & experience utilised in the role:

  • 3+ years of experience in a support position, with solid exposure providing L1-L2 Support
  • Windows server support and basic Microsoft system administration
  • Server and network monitoring tools
  • Database skills
  • A big plus would be exposure to cloud or ERP systems
  • Experienced providing IT service delivery within an ITIL compliant environment
  • Strong communication skills verbal/written
