The opportunity
As our Corporate Property Data Analyst, you’ll be a key and valued member of the Workplace Strategy & Partnering team. It’s a niche area, and it’s a role that will give you that unusual scope to play with and manipulate large and complex amounts of data, recording and maintaining Corporate Property’s data, but then spend time to analyse it and turn it into meaningful information that Corporate Property can use to facilitate problem solving and decision making and truly enable continuous improvement in both services and strategically in the workplace design.
About you
You’ll already have cut your teeth as a data analyst, so you’ll be confident and experienced in managing data, and developing data driven dashboard reports.
While you’ll be no stranger to the intricacies of Excel, success in this role and what we’re really looking for, is your ability to undertake critical analysis and interpretation of data. So in essence, your ability to use data to tell a story.
Experience of working with property data or within a facilities management environment while not essential, would be advantageous.
