The role:

Our Customer Retention and Growth (CR&G) team process around 600 requests for services every day. It is a fast paced environment that is transforming service delivery at Sovereign. The CR&G team provide policy information, process policy changes, update customer information and liaise with our customers and business partners on a daily basis.

Right now we are seeking a driven, customer focused and engaged individual to join the team as a Customer Service Consultant.

Skills and experience required:

  • Customer service or administration experience highly beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent typing and general computer skills
  • You will also need to retain complex information, make decisions with confidence and back yourself.

You understand that your immediate team is just as important as your internal and external customers so you will be a team player and collaborate with others to deliver results on a daily basis.
