Join a well-established SaaS software product company based in Auckland that is the leader in its field.

Having dominated the Australasian market with their enterprise level software, the company is now expanding into the US and Europe.

They are now looking to hire a skilled BA who has a solid background working with development teams and ideally software products.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in:
· Meeting with user groups to gather and analyse end user requirements.
· Developing functional specifications that design and document desired outcome of system enhancement/development.
· Analysing workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvement.
· Decomposition and progressive elaboration of work using tools such as epics, features, and user stories
· Assisting development teams to break work down into actionable tasks - through your effective facilitation skills
· Working with Scrum based methodologies.
· Designing and developing high quality business solutions.
· Preparing material and providing training and assistance to end-users following implementation.
· Recognising and promptly advising management of potential problems or follow-on business opportunities.
· Evaluating customer's business needs with input to strategic planning of business systems and directions.
· Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals.
