NZ Phone Fix is providing IT hardware and software solutions from last 2 years. We are looking for a Computer and Mobile Repair Technician to repair and service electronic devices. You must have a good understanding of hardware, software and networks and suitable qualification.

Candidates must have the following key accountabilities and skills to be successful for this position:

• Maintains system capability by testing electronic components.
• Improves existing programs by reviewing objective, specifications, evaluating proposed changes, recommending changes and making modifications.
• Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to the problems.
• Responding to enquiries about software and hardware problems.
• Have experience of working with all operating systems including windows and MacBook.
• Downloading and installing appropriate software, operating systems, anti-virus and drivers.
• Excellent technical skills with regards to computer hardware and related equipment.
• Troubleshooting the issues of laptop, mobile and other electronic devices.
• Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment.
• Implementing computer network and CCTV’s
• Designing and maintaining web sites.
• Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems.
• Testing and servicing equipment.
• Training clients on new systems or software applications.
• Great communication skills.
• Excellent computing and technical skills.
• Must have relevant qualification or suitable work experience
