What will you do?
As a Technical BA within Supply Chain & Logistics, you will use your analytical and communication skills to elicit, validate and document requirements for business issues, functions and processes from high level business needs through to detailed solution requirements.
A day in the life:
- Accurately and comprehensively defining the analysis tasks, activities and effort for a project phase or deliverable
- Collaborating with other capabilities in end-to-end delivery to define estimate of effort based in high level needs/requirements and own industry, organisational and domain experience
- Providing a professional level of consultancy to contribute, capture and facilitate formulation of ideas and concepts
- Utilising a variety of proven techniques and methods to elicit requirements
- Analysing business and stakeholder requirements to define detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements at the required level of detail
- Determining the most appropriate method/technique of documenting requirements for quality and completeness
- Providing clarity and support of requirements to other Technology teams as required
- Proactively contributing, assessing and progressing ideas and recommendations for improvements to processes, tools and templates within the BA framework and SDLC
Your background:
- Previous experience within supply chain/logistics
- Experience with Oracle Warehouse Management and Oracle Transport Management essential
- At least three years of experience as a Technical BA
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, requirements analysis and requirements management
- Experience working across a wide range of technology initiatives
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
