Applications Support Manager  

Over the past decade these guys have been building apps that help business all over the world manage their data, reporting, workflow, information & human resources.

They are now developing from scratch a new cloud platform to enable them to provide real time, up-to-date information to their customers through the use of refined & quantified/qualified data.

As they grow nationally, their support triage now needs a new leader to help coach, mentor and support their large customer base & team. We are after a high performing, outcome focussed individual who can help drive the support team, handle escalation & SLA's by providing a seamless process for their clients.

Your role will be highly challenging, so you'll need to juggle multiple tasks, think on your feet & be a great problem solver. But you won't be on your own as you've got a pretty damn good team backing your every move!

So if you want to take the reigns of this opportunity, here's some of the tools you'll need in your swag:

  • 3+ years in a leadership role preferably technical
  • Strong experience as a .NET developer in
  • Experienced in service delivery, managing SLA's, escalation, release management, deployment & continuous improvement
  • Have the knack of finding problems before they become a problem
  • Have a data-driven approach with the ability to track metrics, trends & be able to translate the information to your stakeholders
