We are seeking to appoint a Service Delivery Manager for a household name based in Auckland.

This is a great role where you will own the Service Delivery function. You'll be responsible for incident, problem and change management. When a new product is released you'll lead the service design across the organisation. Are you up to the challenge??

The successful candidate will be someone who...

• Has 3+ years experience in a Service Delivery management role.
• ITIL certification desirable.
• Exceptional stakeholder management at all levels.
• Great communication skills and the ability to influence and get the job done without cracking the proverbial whip.
• A willingness to go the extra mile.
