We are urgently seeking a BA who is client focused where business processes are your forte.  To be successful for this role,you will likely have excellent communication/facilitation skills, be highly personable and really thorough.

Working with the team who are continuously innovating their core products as well as the challenges presented by new markets, you will be rewarded for your skills here
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in:

• Meeting with user groups to gather and analyse end user requirements.
• Developing functional specifications that design and document desired outcome of system enhancement/development.
• Analyzing workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvement.
• Decomposition and progressive elaboration of work using tools such as epics, features, and user stories
• Assisting development teams to break work down into actionable tasks – through your effective facilitation skills
• Working with Kanban and / or Scrum based methodologies.
• Designing and developing high quality business solutions.
• Preparing material and providing training and assistance to end-users following implementation.
• Recognizing and promptly advising management of potential problems or follow-on business opportunities.
• Evaluating customer’s business needs with input to strategic planning of business systems and directions.
• Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals.
