To lead the development of our range of enterprise focused physical security products in this exciting future, we are now looking for a Software Development Manager to provide strong technology and people leadership across multiple software teams. This is a key position and will be responsible for development and deployment of new and ongoing security technology initiatives. Whilst managing multiple teams of software developers, testers and architects, you will also be involved with strategic planning, continuous improvement and delivery of software projects from idea to implementation. Equally important aspect of the role is having the right attitude to provide a positive working environment for your team and to bring their best to work every day and developing them to reach their full potential.
Coming from a strong background in software architect and product development, you will be experienced in software development on large, complex projects. Your business acumen, stakeholder engagement and relationship development will be top-notch as will your experience with Agile software development.
