You will be joining a high performing and passionate team of developers working on bleeding edge technology. Our client specialises in thinking outside of the box and pushing boundaries within the digital working across artificial intelligence, machine learning & virtual reality. This organisation is still in growth mode. An urgent requirement has come up for a permanent Senior Developer who is fluent with React JS & React Native to join their team. You will be working with customers, providing strategic direction and providing coaching and leadership to junior members from a technical perspective. 

To be successful in this role you will have to display strong skills in React JS and have at least 6 months commercial exposure to React Native. 

What you need to be successful?

• Excellent communication skills, engaging team player who is experienced working in an agile environment 
• 6+ years building high-quality web and/or mobile app front ends using industry standard technologies 
• 2+ years of experience with React and React Native experience in a commercial setting
• Experience mentoring a team and technically leading them towards success
• Provide mentoring for members of the squad and assist in training initiatives
• Innovate and share ideas
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset
• Up to date with the latest techniques and technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work with a sense of urgency
• Self-motivated and able to work largely unsupervised
