Your new company
Is a medium sized organisation that plays a vital role in the present and future state of New Zealand. They are looking for a permanent Business Analyst to be a connection between the technical and business units.

Your new role
Will be within the ICT team, working on BAU within the IT team and across the wider business. The role will consist of process mapping, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement and high level requirement gathering.

What you'll need to succeed
What is essential, are your exceptional soft skills. You will be required to bridge a wide variety of people and your industry awareness and familiarity will be vital.

The ideal candidate will also possess the following;

• 3+ years of BA experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• The ability to translate business to technical and vice versa
• Experience gathering high level requirements
