About the role:
You will be responsible to deliver business analysis for medium to high complexity initiatives, proactively collaborate with customers, stakeholders and technology partners to deliver customer benefits and identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement. 

Required skills / experience:

• Ideally 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Understanding of financial products and the data that drives this.
• Detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks, experience in elicitation techniques and competent in requirements gathering skills.
• You have experience in 'bridging the gap' between the business and technical stakeholders, but with more of a functional focus.
• Some knowledge in data sourcing and experience in data analytics tools.
• Successful stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
