The Role: 

Our client is in urgent need of a solid Business Case writer to join one of their cross-functional teams and bring a fundamental contribution to write the business case for the delivery of a complex and large implementation. 

This role will require a solid understanding and hands-on experience of the Better Business Case framework and ideally a background in large government organizations. To sum up, the necessary skills to be successful are:

• At least 5 years+ business experience in a programme or large project environment with a clear business focus
• Government experience ideal but not mandatory (healthcare will be advantageous)
• Knowledgeable of the Better Business Case framework
• Experience in developing complex strategic and business cases that represent significant change and transformation for large organisations
• Ability to reconcile multiple data sources (including financial, economic, strategic and management information) to create a compelling case for change that resonates with key stakeholders, including the Board and senior leaders.
• Strong relationship and engagement skills with a demonstrated ability to engage with confidence, at all levels of the organisation and across multiple teams
• Be resourceful and take the initiative within guidelines
• Excellent English language skills
