What you will be doing?

We are looking for a Customer Focused Tech Solutions Specialist whose IT & Installation knowledge and set up is second to none.  In this role, no two days are the same, just as no two call outs are the same. In the morning you may be Setting up a new Computer before heading to wall mount a TV and connect audio system and in the afternoon, you could be delivering support sessions offering training and advice on a variety of gadgets - enabling our customers to get the most out of their technology!

Our Tech Solutions Specialists ensure our customers get the best out of their purchases from delivery, installation, product training and after sales service - we have it covered!

Who we are looking for?

To really succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has a passion for technology and everything it can do. You will possess a high level of product knowledge and be able to communicate this easily to our customers. Experience in PC setup, software installation and troubleshooting and small to medium network installation along with a relevant qualification is essential.

Above all, we are looking for someone who knows what it takes to deliver polished customer service and will go the extra mile to ensure customers' expectations are exceeded.

A degree of flexibility to work on a 7-day roster with a possibility to work after hours is essential.

As you will also be required to drive a company vehicle, the successful candidate must be a holder of Full NZ driver's licence.
