Platinum Recruitment are excited to present this opportunity on behalf of a valued client looking to bring on-board an ICT Support Officer based out of their Queenstown Office.

Our client is a locally recognised company and is a market leader in its area, well known for offering the best experience and knowledge to their customers, as well as providing the widest range of products.

As an ICT Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of support and service to customers. The role will require you to install office hardware, configure software, repair and trouble shoot all things hardware related.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with 2+ years experience in technical support and those that have a proven history of ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The focus will be on ensuring harmonious relationships are maintained with your co-workers and developing good relationships with existing customers while developing new opportunities.

The successful candidate must be able to display the following:

To provide technical support over the phone and on-site
Deliver on-site customer training
Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner by diagnosing technical problems and answering questions
Learning new products and assuming new responsibilities
