New Zealand Data is a leading IT infrastructure and Digital transformation services organisation. Our services span large IT infrastructure projects, specialised Digital connectivity services and Nationwide Managed Services.
We are currently seeking a motivated Service Delivery Co-ordinator for our Auckland, Albany office. This is a pivotal role in our Managed Services business with career development opportunity to other areas of our managed services business.
Responsibilities of this role:
- Oversee and coordinate the nationwide delivery of client onsite installations, moves, adds and changes
- Engage with all relevant stakeholders of assigned nationwide service requests (Service Fulfilment and Incidents)
- Local office logistics, office management and resource scheduling tracking
- Financial and Service Level tracking and reporting of work delivered by the centralised Service Desk using in-house tools, processes and systems
- You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in Service Delivery Management, working as a conduit between the sales team, delivery teams and clients
- Provide effective cost control across all centralised coordinated work
- Ensure client service related documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Project Coordination experience on data and IT network and end user devices
- Proven ability of managing multiple concurrent small/medium projects successfully
- Effective communication and relationship management skills
- Planning and project financial management experience
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ensure quality of practice meets contractual requirements, legal obligations and organisational policy and procedures
- Familiar with NZ Health & Safety legislation and policies
- Understand the attributes that make up for quality service
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar coordination role
- Experience with ticketing systems and reporting
