Opportunity:
The Data Services Analyst role is a multi-faceted role that encompasses a number of areas. A primary objective of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely loading of data files. This will require pro-active file queue management and technical analysis of data file load exceptions Customer and issuer Incidents will be pro-actively managed and resolved to SLA requirements and within expectations. Problems that impact on the timeliness and accuracy of transactional data loading will be identified and pro-actively managed to resolution.
An additional component of this role involves Change Management, with new data feeds and changes to data feeds pro-actively managed and implemented. The Data Analyst will also liaise frequently with banks and other transactional data issuers and is expected to assist in building strong working relationships with these issuers.
Valuable Experience
- Proven data analytical experience for 2 years+
- SQL Query experience, especially stored procedures
- Microsoft Technologies including SQL Server, XML etc.
- Experience with ITIL is nice to have
- Experience working in customer support roles
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting and ability to resolve issues.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
