About the business and the role

L.W Architecture is an Architectural practice located in Auckland established 2013, specialising in residential design & development, and have a high level of design & documentation standard. We are seeking a full-time employee to join our great team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

Provide high quality, innovative and functional design.
Preparation of working drawings & documentation.
Liaising with consultants, contractor and councils.
Have a passion for architecture.

Skills and experience

Applicant should have:

Ability to prepare a full set of Consent Documentation.
NZDAT or similar qualification.
Can speak fluent Mandarin and English.
Excellent knowledge of NZBC & NZS3604.
Good AutoCAD & Revit skills.
Able to work effectively and efficiently.
