The agency is after someone with drive, the desire to develop, a true thinker and doer.
Your portfolio will reflect this. You must be able to show great design concepting and implementation, a range of strong branding, print and packaging, the addition of some digital experience would be beneficial. You will need at least a few of years’ experience in a design agency and want to grow with this company. You must live and breathe your craft.
